camping & accommodation
Limited facility camping is available (prior booking is essential) for Exhibitors and Weekend Run the Hill Entries only. Unfortunately we are not permitted to offer camping for General Admission ticket holders or offer camping on Friday night. There are a number of local hotels, B&B’s and Camp Sites, all within easy reach of Prescott and you can book directly here
Bring your camera and shoot away, all we ask is you don't use the photographs you take for commercial gain. Commercial photographers please see our Contact Page.
All Motorcycle parking is free but we politely ask Cars to drop £2:00 in the Collecting Buckets at the Ticket Booths when you arrive. This helps offset the additional costs of using the neighbour’s fields. No pressure, this is entirely at your discretion. Prescott is a beautiful, picturesque Hill Climb site, in the heart of the Cotswolds, surrounded by amazing countryside. The down side is - it's a beautiful, picturesque Hill Climb site and all our parking is in the farmer’s fields. We appreciate that this can cause issues if the ground is wet but we do work with the farmer to do our best to make this as painless as possible when ground conditions aren’t at their best.
We have a limited number of off-site (but close by) parking spaces available. Note that this terrain can be a little rough in inclement weather. Disabled passengers can be dropped off at the Main Entrance. Personal Assistants are not required to pay but we do ask you provide proof of eligibility.
bike parking - free
Yes, all bike parking is on grass but it’s free to park, we give you a firm surface to enter / exit, a free side stand puck, free helmet park and marshals to help you.
All parking is on grass and we’re on hand to help making getting in and out as quick and simple as possible. We do (politely) ask all cars to make a voluntary donation of £2 to help with our costs.
We accept all credit and debit cards except American Express. The signal is a bit iffy at Prescott and runs a bit slow sometimes, please bear with us.
We’re not able to offer Cash Machines but we can offer Cash Back in the Clubhouse (with purchase). Ticket Booths and General Enquiries Booths (subject to a 1.5% surcharge)
Leave your gear safely and secure in our free Helmet Park. Feel free to leave a small donation to the charity.
