IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS
2011
- The Festival attracted over 5,500 visitors in 2011
- We expect to achieve around 8,000 visitors in 2012
- We raised over £30,000 for the charities
- We achieved our objective of providing a great family day out
2012
- We’ve decided to maintain in 2012, our 2011 exhibitor incentive of offering you your pitch in return for a donation to the charity. We were asked last year what we expected and without being too proscriptive, your donation should consider around £3 per square metre or 15% of your retail turnover to be roughly in line with our expectation. Exhibitors who do not wish to make a donation should not apply for space. We’re providing a great opportunity for you and we’ll work with you to make sure you get the most out of your exhibitor space but we do expect you to meet your end of the bargain and make your donation by the end of May 2012.
- Despite the generosity of many it’s not cheap to stage the Festival so if you cancel after January 13th 2012, we will levy a cancellation charge. Full details on your booking form.
- Please download and read the Exhibitor Manual. A key point to note is no vehicle movement on site after 08:30 on Festival day.
- All proceeds go to the charity, Severn Freewheelers and the Nationwide Association of Blood Bikes.
